As the greater Philadelphia region's membership association
for philanthropy, DVG is proud to serve as the voice and resource
for more than 150 grantmaking organizations in southeastern
Pennsylvania.
Foundations, corporate giving programs, and other philanthropic
entities are essential to sustaining the operations of organizations
and services vital to our communities and expanding the American
tradition of neighbor helping neighbor. They support a broad
spectrum of worthwhile causes and are frequently able to accomplish
what other organizations can't or won't, and they can be an
important source of information on complex social issues.
We encourage members of the media to use this site to learn
more about grantmaking and philanthropy, and how DVG serves
as a trusted resource for information about charitable giving.
